Refund policy

At Zariyat by Sumera, all our products are custom-made and block printed. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Refund Conditions:
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- 50% advance payment is non-refundable once production has started.
- Remaining 50% will be refunded only in case of our error.
