Return & Exchange Policy

At Zariyat by Sumera, every order is carefully checked before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

1. Eligible Exchanges

An exchange may be considered if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • A genuine manufacturing, stitching, embroidery, or workmanship defect is identified.
  • The wrong product, size, colour, or design was delivered due to an error on our part.
  • An item or component included in the order is missing.
  • The parcel appears damaged, opened, torn, or tampered with upon delivery.

2. Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, or any other signs of use.
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.

Customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.

3. Stitched & Customized Orders

Stitched, customized, and made-to-order outfits are not eligible for exchange due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or incorrect product selection by the customer.

However, an exchange may be considered for a genuine manufacturing, stitching, or workmanship defect, or if an incorrect item was delivered due to an error on our part.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased during sales, clearance, or promotional offers may be subject to separate exchange conditions.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or otherwise used are not eligible for exchange.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

6. Exchange & Refunds

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. If the original product is unavailable, an alternative resolution or store credit may be offered.
