Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zariyat by Sumera. We take immense pride in our handcrafted block-prints and premium quality fabrics. Since our luxury garments are crafted with great care and attention to detail, we have established a clear policy regarding returns and exchanges to ensure a transparent shopping experience.
1. Exchange Policy
Stitched & Customized Outfits: Please note that all stitched, customized, or made-to-order suits are tailored specifically to your requirements or standard sizing. Therefore, these items are only eligible for exchange if they are delivered damaged, defective, or with an incorrect size from our end.
Time Limit: Any request for an exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be entertained.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
The suit must be un-worn, un-washed, and in its original pristine condition.
All original product tags, labels, and packaging must be completely intact.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom-designed outfits where design variations were specifically requested by the customer cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
4. How to Request an Exchange
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at +92 300 4101240 or email us at zariyatbysumera@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
Provide your order number along with clear photographs or a short video showing the defect or damage.
Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will guide you through the process of sending the item back to us for a replacement.
5. Refunds
We strictly offer exchanges or store credit only. Cash refunds are not applicable unless a product is completely out of stock and a replacement cannot be provided
