At Zariyat by Sumera, we strive to deliver your luxury outfits in perfect condition and within the shortest time possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Ready-to-Wear Collection (Delivery Time)
For our Ready-to-Wear (Pre-Stitched) collection, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 4 to 5 working days after order confirmation.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Collection
If you are ordering Customized Dresses (designs customized or stitched according to your specific measurements and requirements), please allow 12 to 15 working days for delivery, as handcrafted luxury requires careful stitching and detailing.
3. Remote Areas & Shipping Delays
While we cover major cities within the standard timeline, please note that shipping to certain remote or rural areas may take slightly longer due to courier logistics.
Deliveries may also experience minor delays during festive seasons, public holidays, or unexpected weather conditions.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer a flat standard shipping rate across Pakistan.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above a specific promotional value (as displayed on our homepage).
5. Order Tracking & Delivery Status
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. Zariyat by Sumera is not responsible for deliveries delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.
